Nozzle type UR over-current System
suitable materials
The Nozzle type UR is suitable for the processing of all standard non-reinforced plastics (eg PE, PP, PS, ABS, PA). For a thermal-processing and shear sensitive plastics (eg, POM, PVC, PC), the nozzle is less suitable.
Because of the flow redirection, the nozzle has, in addition a homogenization / mixing effect.

Because of the good rheological design the nozzle can also be used for the processing of low reinforced materials. But we recommend types of coatings to counteract the abrasive and corrosive attack of the material and in order to increase the service life of the nozzle.
