Your data
We respect the privacy of our users and undertake to treat the personal data of ourclients as confidential. We collect, process and use your data to carry out our services especially for transactions of product enquiriesand the maintenance of current client relations.

In addition we record you in our client and interested persons data file and use this for internal advertising and market research purposes. We will not pass on your personal data to third parties. Only the person rendering services necessary for your transactions will receive your address. The volume of the data transmitted will be restricted to the necessary minimum.

Security
The personal data with which you provide us for registration in our client information system will be transmitted encoded and are there by protected from misuse. We construct a Secure Socket Layer for each transaction. This SSL is a process in which your data are encoded in such a way that they cannot be read during transmission in the Internet by unauthorized persons. You can recognize a secure connection as soon as the symbol appears on the bottom right of the page.

Newsletter
We use the address data provided by you for registration for the Newsletter to send you attractive offers. If you would like to adapt your Newsletter profileyou can do this quite simply. You can change the Newsletter or cancel it by using the link at the end of your Newsletter. After receipt of your cancellation we will cease forwarding Newsletters immediately.

Correction, closure or erasure.
You are entitled within the framework of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) to information as well as correction, closure and erasure of your stored data. Insofar as legal, contractual or trade, or as the case may be under fiscal law periods for which commercial records must be preserved or other reasons embodied in laws prevent this then only a closure of your data instead of erasure can be effected.
